Is it okay to use denture adhesive (paste)?

Denture adhesive is fine for short-term use, such as for outings or special events. However, it does not solve the underlying looseness, and if you can no longer manage without adhesive, it means your denture and gums no longer fit. The fundamental solution in that case is a relining procedure that refills the inside of the denture to fit your gums.
