Implant

I'm in my 20s and broke my front tooth in a car accident. Will insurance cover the implant?

Unfortunately, National Health Insurance coverage for implants is limited to patients aged 65 and older, so it doesn't apply to people in their 20s. Under the National Health Insurance, those 65 or older are eligible for up to 2 implants per lifetime at a 30% co-payment. That said, 1) if it was a traffic accident, dental costs may be covered by auto insurance, and 2) depending on the terms of any dental or accident insurance you've signed up for, coverage may be available, so please check with your insurance company first. We'll issue any documentation, such as medical certificates, that you need for your claim.
