How often can denture insurance coverage be applied?

Insurance-covered dentures apply once every 7 years for the same arch and the same type of denture (for patients aged 65 and older, with a 30% copay). Once 7 years have passed since delivery, you become eligible to have a new denture made under insurance again. However, even within 7 years, one additional coverage may be granted if your oral condition has changed substantially enough that a new denture is considered unavoidable.
