I was told I need a bone graft. Is it really necessary?

Bone grafting can extend the treatment period by 0 to 6 months, but it allows the implant to be placed with adequate thickness and depth, which supports long-term stability. However, if the CT scan shows enough bone, you can have the implant placed directly without grafting, so we'll review the results and decide together.
