Please tell me the precautions after veneers.

Laminates are thin ceramic shells bonded to the front teeth, so how you use those teeth determines how long they last. Please 1) never bite hard objects such as ice or bottle caps with your front teeth, 2) break habits such as nail biting, and 3) come for a check-up every 6 months so we can check the bond and your gum health. However, if a laminate comes off or an edge feels lifted, bring the piece with you and come in right away.
